Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

For items marked as PRE-ORDER, the estimated dispatch time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready. If you require separate shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing or pre-order preparation time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

International Orders

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
