5. Pre-Orders

Products marked PRE-ORDER are not immediately available for dispatch.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, pre-order items are expected to be dispatched within 7–14 business days.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pre-order items remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and your applicable statutory consumer rights.

6. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock orders are normally processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
